Port Everglades car rental options

We used to always rent from Alamo on Eller Dr, just outside the cruise entrance but there are mixed reports of whether that location is open any longer (and it doesnt pull up on the Alamo website) so im wondering what car rental places are still in the area with a shuttle?  Or should I just book any of them and expect tio take a cab to the port?

Try the Thrifty/Dollar just outside the PE gate. Also Budget which I believe their in the Renaissance hotel now.

 

If a Costco member check their online rates.

We just had a great experience with Gold Coast Car Rental.  
 

Great car and the experience was super convenient.  

We stayed in Fort Lauderdale at the Marriott Harbor Beach (great facility).  Gold Coast provides transportation from the hotel to their office and when we were done with the rental, we were able to leave it at the hotel valet and they took it from there. 
 

I am usually not a fan of renting cars, but Gold Coast was able to make the process easy.  It’s great doing business with a local business.
