Shore Excursion Cancel Question

I just canceled a prepaid shore excursion in cruise manager. Does Carnival not sent Cancellation confirmation emails on those? Just asking incase there is a problem with refund so I can show that I canceled.

Is there anywhere else I can see confirmation?
