Shore Excursion Cancel Question

I just canceled a prepaid shore excursion in cruise manager. Does Carnival not sent Cancellation confirmation emails on those? Just asking incase there is a problem with refund so I can show that I canceled.

Is there anywhere else I can see confirmation?

We cancelled ours on board and should as refundable credit, but used it up elsewhere.....

I cancelled one of mine last week and I received an email stating I cancelled it 3-4 days later. I would also receive a refund however I paid for it.
