Won’t even ring, immediately disconnects. Last week I called on a Saturday and was on hold for an hour before I could speak to a person. The website is trash. BTW, the number to call that is posted on the MSC home page keeps changing every couple of minutes. Don't know what that means but thought I'd pass it along. As another poster said, the hold times can be daunting but this is a different story altogether.
