MSC UK Cruise Price Drop

Hi, 

 

Booked a cruise in September on the Virtuosa. The price has dropped a little (around £100) and although I was more than happy with the price I paid I wondered if anyone had any luck having the price difference converted into OBC? If so is it better to call and explain or email?

I would say it's better to simply suck it up! 😉

I got £700 in direct refund when that happened to me. I'm sure they would be very happy to do it as OBC rather than a refund. 

 

I called, and my experience of their email system is that it's better to speak directly.
