I thought the purpose of the Hub app was to minimize the amount of face to face contact between guests and crew. LRDR01 Posted October 16, 2021 #3 Share Posted October 16, 2021 It is quick and easy to book Specialty dining on the Hub app. You can also easily book shore excursions, and spa appointments on the app while on the ship. We booked everything from our cabin on the first day of the cruise. There were no issues at all with any of the bookings.
