Rare colesc15 Posted September 9, 2021 #1 Share Posted September 9, 2021 Anyone stayed here? Got a pretty good deal through priceline. Current rate is $402 a night and got it for like $200. It looks super nice.
CruiserBruce Posted September 9, 2021 #2 Share Posted September 9, 2021 Have you read TripAdvisor reviews? Searched the board? A Conrad is a 5 star hotel, in this case on the beach. Very nice hotel. Staying in the DC Conrad as I write this. Probably the best Conrad in the US (the one in DC).
PCHENG Posted September 10, 2021 #3 Share Posted September 10, 2021 (edited) Beautiful hotel with spacious and nicely furnished rooms, but you can definitely tell this building was a converted condominium, as evidenced by the fact each unit has a working kitchen (never seen that in any other Conrad), a relatively small lobby, and no direct indoor access to the hotel's signature restaurant, Takato. Stayed here pre-cruise a few years ago and got bumped up to a one room oceanfront suite with two balconies. Great views! Also given passes for wine and cheeses at the hotel cafe until our room was ready. We loved the accommodations and also the street-side outdoor restaurant facing the ocean.
