Prepurchasing MedallionNet internet package

My parents are going on a cruise next month on Princess; they've turned down the £30 a day upgrade for internet/gratuity/drinks as they don't really drink that much. They are looking to get the internet package, which I think is meant to be discounted from the $9.99/$14.99 daily price if you book in advance, but I can't see it in the personalizer/app. Anyone know how to get this? Or should they just wait until they're on board?

If they book in advance with Princess (must phone in to ask for it to be added to the booking), the rate is $10/day.  If they wait until on board the price is $15/day.  Guests only get a discount (50%) is they are Platinum or Elite in Captain's Circle.

 

Eventually, it will be added to the MC App for ordering, but there is no delivery date announced.
