Odyssey 8 Night Formal Nights?

Going on the Odyssey 8 night southern itinerary, wondering which nights are the formal ones? Trying to plan specialty restaurants accordingly. Thank you!

Currently on the 8 night Odyssey sailing the formal nights are day 3 and 7.

What is considered "Formal" attire on these nights? A collar shirt for DH and dress pants and top for DW? I thought most cruise lines did away with these. What can we wear without having to pack an extra suitcase for dress shoes, suit jacket or sports coat, etc. TIA

Up to the guest and most ships have renamed the night to "wear your best" so it's more obvious just about anything will do.
