Galveston Limo & Shuttle with our Luggage

I just printed out all of our paperwork for our cruise next week. I noticed that on the tickets for our shuttle from Houston to Galveston, it says that luggage can't exceed 30 total inches. That seems pretty small for a week long cruise. Are they super strict with dimensions? It also says the you get one luggage plus 1 carry - on. Anything above those restrictions you pay $10 per bag. But it doesn't say if that is just for another suitcase or if it is also if you have a larger suitcase. I don't mind paying the extra for bigger suitcases but now I'm worried they won't take them at all. Thanks!!

I think it would be best for you to contact the company for the correct answers to your inquiry concerning their terms and conditions. The folks here are not privy to the company's interpretation of their contract with you.

Are you referring to Galveston Limo and Transportation? ( https://galvestonlimo.com/). 

I am asking for two reasons: 

1. I am looking at booking with them. Can you give a review if this is the same company?

2. When I look at the website, it says this: " 2 Suitcases - 30" (Length or Height or Width) Each and 1 Carry On", which means to me that each piece of luggage cannot exceed 30" in one way. Can you let me know what you found?

That didn't even blink.  Everyone had large suitcases.

Used Galveston Limo yesterday from the Independence to Hobby Airport.  Nothing said whatever about size of suitcase.
