Monkeys at Amber Cove

Hi, we are thinking of just spending some time in the port area at Amber Cove. My daughter is 13 and she will want to do the zip line but she would love to see the monkeys. All the monkeyland tours are long, or include other stops. By any chance, are there monkeys in the port area? Like to see and hold, take photos with etc?

 

Also, is there a beach you can easily taxi too?

I am interested in seeing the monkeys as well, but not in the other parts of the tours offered. Does anyone know if you can just take a cab to see the monkeys and how far that is?

We were there on Thursday and did not see any monkeys. We weren't exactly looking for them but I'm sure we were have heard if other passengers saw some in the port.
