FCC for cancelled cruise

We cancelled the Sky Princess TA about 30 days ago. We received approximately half our $ in the form of refund in about a week. Fair enough.

 

But there is no sign of the approximately half due as FCC. My TA says that Princess is taking about 60 days to issue FCC. Anyone have recent relevant experience?

If you are wanting to transfer the credit tot another Princess cruise currently, call your TA (if you used one) or Princess (if you are booked direct); they can do the transfer expeditiously; otherwise, yes, it took 60-75 days to show up in our Cruise Credits.

Yes we did this. Worked thru our PVP to book a new cruise and she was able to put it on hold and facilitate the transfer of fcc.
