fleihr Posted October 22, 2021 #1 Share Posted October 22, 2021 I will be cruising on Virgin Voyages which is using terminal G and upon disembarking will be getting on RCCL which uses terminal A. Does the port have any kind of transportation between the terminals as it looks like it is about a mile in between them both which is sort of a lot with luggage in tow? Capt_BJ Posted October 22, 2021 #2 Share Posted October 22, 2021 unless something new has come about recently, NO there is no such shuttle. Your option is to grab a taxi .... who's gonna LOVE the short fare so plan to tip heavily .... if willing to walk but the bags are the issue you MIGHT be able to convince a porter to wheel 'em down for $$

IRMO12HD Posted October 23, 2021 #4 Share Posted October 23, 2021 I'm curious about the Miami Trolley System -- from their website (www.miamitrolley.com, which redirects to https://www.miamigov.com/Transportation-Roadways/Trolley-Information/Get-Trolley-Information-Schedules-and-Maps), it would appear that it DOES serve Port of Miami -- and for free . . . https://www.miamigov.com/files/assets/public/document-resources/pdf-docs/trolley-maps/systemtrolleymap508.pdf
IRMO12HD Posted October 23, 2021 #5 Share Posted October 23, 2021 There is some really good information on this post: Has anyone taken the free Coral Way Trolley to POM? It is from July 2021. Sorry, but I'm not sure how to link to it.
Capt_BJ Posted October 23, 2021 #6 Share Posted October 23, 2021 the trolley does "serve the port" there are multiple stops in the port but the flow is one way and the route OP wants is against the flow so their option would be to ride the full route out of the port and then back in ... with bags .... <or change cars mid-route at a stop serving both directions . . .> The trolley is not set up as a port transfer system https://www.miamigov.com/Transportation-Roadways/Trolley-Information/Get-Trolley-Information-Schedules-and-Maps p.s. last time I looked the trolley had one stop in the port ... the additional stops are something new
