Cruising to Hawaii in January

I'm thinking about taking a 14 day cruise from Los Angeles to Hawaii in January 2022.  Anyone have experience with cruising in January from LA to Hawaii?

Yes, we've done it several times and it is great. I assume your question is about weather and/or seas?
