Russia and Covid

Can anyone who has sail the Baltic recently (summer/fall 2021) provide information on Oceania and Russia ports.  I wondered how they are dealing with the expanding COVID crisis in Russia.  I know that things are getting better in many parts of the world, but news I hear tha Russia shows continuing growth in infections and deaths.

My Russian DIL told me that Moscow/SPB will shut down for one week.
