Canadians and onboard testing

Celebrity’s site used to indicate that Canadian travellers could get tested onboard for reentry into Canada. This seems to have disappeared off the site. Has Celebrity ceased this practice? Makes it awkward for Canadians returning home same day as disembarkation.

Yes, there will be a $95 charge for a PCR test

Not sure which test Canada requires to return, but the cost will be $55 for the Antigen test and $95 for the PCR

At the moment Canada is not accepting antigen tests. Wish Celebrity had kept to their original policy of providing the PCR tests complimentary for those booked under that policy. Hopefully they still will ensure that those with positive results will be looked after. Disappointing to book with specific protocols in place and have them changed midway.
