We cancelled the cruise directly with their office in Florida with their Rep Marc B. back in early September and now 9 weeks later no refund and no reply to several e-mails. I was told by the Star Clipper rep that I spoke with that because "they" just had to cancel their Asia cruise season I would have to wait between 120 and 240 days for my deposit to be refunded. praines3 Posted November 27, 2021 #3 Share Posted November 27, 2021 I booked an August 2021 cruise on Royal Clipper in March 2020. The final payment was due on April 23, 2021 and I paid it. They cancelled the cruise on 6/29/2021 and after several emails back and forth they finally refunded my money on 11/ 7/2021. Their excuse was that they had a lot of cancellations to process.
