Waitlisted ?

Does anyone know if Azamara operate a waitlist system?

We rang today to book a back to back cruise next summer. One leg has no club continental suites. Miami, we normally book directly, said no suites available but they are not all sold. Husband could not get a straight answer as to why. A discussion re COVID, number of people on ship etc followed but all very Vague on ‘Miami’s ‘ end.
Any advice?

or

Pearls of wisdom ?

thanks

They probably do, but I"m not sure how you can get on it. I understand that travel agents/advisors in the UK operate in a different manner than in the U.S. But that's why we use one - if we want a specific type of cabin that isn't available when we book, the TA either gets us on a waitlist or checks with the cruise line regularly to see if there's one available. So I'd suggest calling every so often asking for the cabin you want. Either one will open up or you'll annoy them enough that they'll put you on a waitlist. 😀
