I booked for two travel companions who then decided to cancel their cruise. I requested a refund in time to receive a full refund from them according to their website rules. I received an email stating I would be issued one within 15 business days but that has now been a month ago. I have requested an update and was assured again that I would get my money back, but I’m still waiting. Wondering if I need to take other actions or if they are trustworthy. You contacted them a second time and was not given a specific date? I would move on to another course of action. Our ship changed its itinerary for February and I contacted them before the required 60 days notice for a refund.
