We booked Marks Tours in Ochos Rios and He was wonderful.  Picked us up at the port, negotiated with security, transported us to a beach, historic tour and markets at all at a reasonable price.  Mark is knowledgeable,  articulate, smart and funny.  He hit some amazing points on culture, food (sweet-sop and Juici Pattes)and Island history.  Even my 16 and 18 year old kids Loved him.  Highly recommend.

I was thrilled to find Mark’s Tours several years ago when we were going to be in Ocho Rios.   We had a large group of 8 couples and he helped us come up with the perfect tour. His van was clean and comfortable. When he took us to Dunn’s River, he escorted us to the front where he handpicked a tour guide for us.  I had been there a few times without Mark and it was so much better with him by our side.   The tour guide he picked was the best and I feel like Mark knew that fact.  Mark then quickly got us back to the van and on to our next activity.  I felt safe in all areas with Mark’s tour.  He stopped at some local places that you would not find on a larger tour.  Our group still talks about his professionalism and how it was the best tour we had ever had! Another couple and my husband and I, brought our kids back a few years later and we wanted the same experience for them.  It was just as good if not better. I happened to have some other friends in town and Mark went and picked them up so they could visit with us for part of.the tour. Talk about going above and beyond!!  I have stayed in touch with Mark on social media and I feel like he is a friend. I recommended him to anyone who wants a tour around the Ocho Rios area!

Yes, the rules were you had to have an organized tour, but it did NOT have to be a ship one.  Your guide will need to know how to enter port, deal with security and get back in.  Mark's Tours did ALL that and more for us.

How did you book Mark? I can't seem to find a Website for him.

I contacted Mark for our upcoming cruise. What beach did he bring you too? Did you stay long? Thanks for any additional information!

He took us to a private beach, we had to buy a drink or food to be there.  It was clean and free of pushy sales folks.  We stayed about two hours, as we had other things we wanted to do.
