Waitlist

Looking at excursions for our day in Hilo and the one I’m interested in says every time slot is sold out, but waitlist is open.  When I select the button waitlist and the button next to our names, total cost appears, but there is no further button to actually get on the waitlist.  
Is this something you have to call Princess to take care?  

 Details:  Hilo ITO-300 Ultimate Hilo:  Hawaii Volcano National Park and Taste of Hawaii 

 

This would be a backup in case my rental car through discount Hawaii car rentals falls through.
