Under 3 PCR test

Just wondering where in the states we can get a PCR test for under 3? we are driving down from Canada. Walgreens/CVS do not test under 3.

we had to have our pediatrician write an order to have the test done at the hospital drive through.  I called the urgent care down the street from me and they also wanted an order written by the pediatrician to do the test but wouldn’t let insurance cover the cost.  This is in St. Louis.
