Problem booking new cruise

I've been trying to book a new cruise on the Oceania website but I keep getting error: "The profile for the specify DirectID does not match the one for the specify Email"

I've tried using Firefox, Chrome and Chrome incognito. I want to surprise my husband so I don't want to do it on the phone. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You will probably have to call otherwise

I was logged in when I tried to book the cruise so the email was auto-filled. I was able to booked the cruise as a guest, using a different email address. The invoice came to my usual email address.

Well hopefully your TA can sort it out with O for you
