patty1955 Posted December 21, 2021 #1 Share Posted December 21, 2021 I've been trying to book a new cruise on the Oceania website but I keep getting error: "The profile for the specify DirectID does not match the one for the specify Email" I've tried using Firefox, Chrome and Chrome incognito.
