Hi, I’m sorry I should have tagged you in my post about that on the other thread. 
 

I did ask that and they said no. You have to choose a new cruise because the booking number needs to remain the same.  
 

A way around that may be if you’re pre existing cruise can be cancelled without penalty, you could then choose that sailing to move the funds to.
 

(As long as it falls within the time frame which is you must use the funds on a cruise by March 2023)

As of now, the only cruise ships still in Green or Orange are "Crew Only" other than ResidenSea The World.  Are cruise ships in operation are now Yellow.
