St Maarten EHAS form

  Does anyone when know when you can fill out the EHAS form for ST Maarten?  Is it 3 days in advance of arrival?

I thought the EHAS was only for people flying in, not cruisers.  But it's within 3 days in  but at least 12 hours advance of your flight.

Oh!  Then YES! you need to fill out the EHAS forms anytime  within3 days but at least 12 hours before your flight.

If this SD cruise is leaving SXM on Jan. 23rd we are also going to be onboard.  EHAS needs to be done within 3 days prior to flight arrival.  Also, SD now requiring Covid pcr test to board (not a SXM requirement if vaxxed/boosted. This is new SD requirement ).  Another headache added.
