FrostyJoe Posted December 29, 2021 #1 Share Posted December 29, 2021 I've been trying to send our cruise ticket (we are within 20 day window) via MSC website by clicking the "send to your e-mail" button but it seems to be stuck and just shows a moving ship. While a gif of a moving cruise ship sure looks nice---it's like a tease at this point. Thoughts? I want my luggage tags to start printing to get excited for our trip! I fill out the check in forms, several times a day, then when it gets to the last page, it says I am missing documentation. I go back, and sure enough, the areas I had just filled in are blank again. But check in says I am complete. I have since turfed it to my TA ( who is having the same problem). SHe called MSC yesterday (12/28) and was told they have been having problems with etickets- REALLY???🙄. TA states she will try again today. They escalated the situation 'cause of a problem with the website, same problem that I had filling up some boxes. Rep was very helpful and nice. Must wait 'til Friday. Apparently MSC didn’t have our state of residence which prevented issuance of the ticket, even though I put that in three of the passengers details, as well as the billing address…. 🤷🏻♂️ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
