bushwhack77 Posted January 10, 2022 #1 Share Posted January 10, 2022 Hello. We're cruising into Belize in a couple of weeks on RCL. I'm trying to find a beach area to hang out at for the day. Something with beach chairs, umbrellas, nearby drinks, nearby food, sand, etc. I understand there really aren't any all inclusive places there, so I'm perfectly fine renting chairs, buying drinks/food. Any recommendations on some caye (that isn't a 2hr boat ride away), resort, or Belize City beach? Thanks!
Rare crewsweeper Posted January 10, 2022 #2 Share Posted January 10, 2022 You'll need a ship excursion , or catch the water taxi to Caye Caulker, or fly over to San Pedro. No beaches near Belize City
day-day Posted January 24, 2022 #3 Share Posted January 24, 2022 (edited) I enjoyed the visit to Goff's Caye last week. I was on the Carnival Glory; many guests on the excursion were from an RCL ship. There were no umbrellas but there are some trees. The guide said the chairs were for rent but I don't know the cost. There are picnic tables available at no cost. I did the snorkeling; the majority of guests bought the non-snorkel package. There were two vendors selling lunches and drinks.
