Having just completed our voyage PLFs (which I was oblivious to until today) we now only have to complete the form which is done 48 hours prior to arrival back in the UK. Is this form handed out to you on board or does it have to be done via the government website?

Government website https://www.gov.uk/provide-journey-contact-details-before-travel-uk. If your cruise is 19 days or less you can submit the form 48 hours before boarding.

The PLF can be completed 21 days before return, remember to order antigen tests from an authorised provider as you need the reference number for the form, you also complete 1 for each passenger.
