Right, thank you for the reminder.   One should be thrilled to pay a few thousand more for certain amenities and settle for $200 as it is in the T & C.

But think about it.  What if you booked with Free at Sea and then they came back after you booked and said "I'm sorry, we changed all that 2 months ago after your booked and now it is no longer".  Would you be happy with a $200.00 OBC.  I would agree with you, however, they should have checked their website before the restart. It was not hard to find.  It was listed under DETAIL and LAYOUT on the booking site.  It is alright though.  We upgraded to a HH for less than the lowest upgrade bid.
