Booking Walgreens free ID NOW test

Looking for help from anyone who successfully booked a Walgreens ID Now test in Florida recently.   How did you get past the state name for your drivers license number?  It's a mandatory field that only shows American states.  Did you pick a random state and sort things out when you went for your test appointment?  We are hoping to book at a Walgreens in Fort Lauderdale after our upcoming cruise to facilitate our return to Canada.  Thanks!

Used Walgreens last month in Palm Beach, it was excellent.  Drivers license (or other ID) only required for identification purposes with the pharmacist.  We used our hotel address for the registration information.  There was nothing asked about citizenship.  Results were received in about 5 hours.

Hi, I have booked and done the Walgreen's test in Florida, and drivers lic was not required for the booking?  I used my Florida address and I didn't even have to show ID when we went for the test.
