HAL onboard credit offer extended to Canadians

So just saw a press release that says that Holland America has extended a military, first responders, healthcare onboard credit to Canadians.

I have sent off a request to my agent to request the application to my partner’s account for our March cruise.

Glad they extended the offer to Canadians. Unfortunately it seems to be only available for Have It All fares. We don’t have it all for our eligible cruise.
