Booking Casino Offer Online?

Hi Everyone,

I have a casino offer that comes with free drinks in the casino and freeplay. I notice that if I login online it shows the same casino rates but I can't if that is the casino offer. If I book online will I get the benefits I would get if I also called? The reason I rather do it online is several of us are booking together but in all different areas currently. Would be a lot easier just doing it online.

Thanks in advance for your help!

James

I really hope it can be booked online, because that's what I did 2 days ago. The offers are still showing in my account and the booking itself doesn't reference any of the perks (including $1000 Freeplay). I tried calling last night but the automated system hung up on me because of extended wait times.

I've booked a number of similar casino offers online with no issues.  The confirmation email after the booking is made should show the $200 onboard credit under Guest Summary to reimburse the deposit HAL requires you pay up front.  The free play amount should be already loaded on your cabin card after you board and will come up under promos (I think) when you insert your card in a slot machine or you can visit the casino cashier to confirm.  I had to visit the casino cashier to have the free drinks while in the casino added to my card and you'll need to bring the casino offer email from HAL which shows your specific offer with you when you visit the cashier.

Can you expand on the drinks in the Casino being activated to your card? I’ve always just got the drink package because I never understood the process. Can you just go to the casino bar and get drinks? Is there any verification. For instance if I grabbed a drink at the casino after playing before I go to a show is that allowed? Any limits?

In Dec we had free drinks in casino with my DW's offer.  The first day around 3 PM the casino did a brief introduction session at which they handed the player (and spouses) drink cards to show the servers in the casino while playing.  Service in the casino was very good by the way. You can take a drink out of the casino (like to the show).

When my DW inserted her room card into the slot reader, it showed her how much free play she had (if you are unsure how to do this, just ask one of the casino hosts and they will be happy to show you how).
