Parking at Tampa Cruiseship Terminal

Can you walk from the Tampa parking lot to either cruise ship terminal?  Or can you drop your luggage

the cruise ship terminal and park the car after?

The parking garage is right across the street.  
 

You can pre-pay your parking and for only $20 more you can do valet, which is a great and convenient service I highly recommend!!!

Just a heads up....there is currently construction going on around the port...they are changing the traffic pattern  into the terminals....especially terminal 3.
