Questrade proof of Carnival Shares

Hello,

 

This is our first time trying to submit proof of shares for OBC.   We have a little over 100 shares and used Questrade.

 

We can't seem to find on the website 1 page to print that shows my husband's name and amount of shares.

 

Is submitting 2 different pages acceptable (how would they know the page with share amounts actually belong to my husband?)

 

The cruise is later this month.  The newest statement date we could find was Dec 2021.  Is that date still acceptable?

 

Where on questrade do we go to print 1 page that shows his name and amount of shares (as of today's date? Last month?)

Yes, 2 pages is fine - that is what I have to do also.

I think your Dec. statement is fine.  The only time I've had them question mine (ask for a newer one) was when it was 3 or 4 months old.
