Explorer Suites on Regent Explorer

We are new to Regent cruises and enjoy learning from all the postings here.  We splurged on a Med cruise this summer and booked an Explorer suite on deck 12 of Explorer ship.  Cannot find any reviews of specific cabin (1204).  Should we be concerned about noise (or smoke) coming from Observation Lounge (or club) below on deck 11?  If so, how do you determine what else is available?  We booked directly, not through a travel agent.  Thanks in advance for help.

I don't know anything about cabins on deck 12, but cabins 1004,1005, 1008, and 1009 have very large deep balconies and no noise. We have stayed in 1004 previously on a different ship and are staying in 1005 Feb 17 on Splendor.  You can see the deck plans here. https://www.cruisemapper.com/deckplans/Seven-Seas-Splendor-2153/deck10-5561

It could be that the cabins on 12 are a little larger, not sure but the balconies on 10 definately are larger.

You can also have your booking transferred to a TA and get some additional benefits ( OBC and rebates ). We were on a crossing and Regent put us in 1204 we asked to go down to deck 10, closer to everything on the ship and less chance of movement.
