PCR tests near port?

Does anyone know if there is a reputable place to get a PCR test near the port in St. Kitts? And if so, what was your experience and what is the cost? This is our last stop before returning to San Juan the following day, and we’re looking for an alternative to lining up following disembarkation and paying $150 US. Thanks in advance.
