Nicwhite Posted February 6, 2022 #1 Share Posted February 6, 2022 I have a booked excursion in Grand Cayman with grandcaymancruiseexcursions.com, and have emailed several times requesting a refund as my cruise ship is not stopping in this port. I have not heard anything back- has anyone had any luck cancelling with this company? Given the circumstances, I did not know if they are still operating, but I emailed from a different email address with a question about booking a different excursion with this company and received a response. Normally I wouldn't worry too much, as this trip has been re-booked several times (original sail date was in 2020!).
