March 13 Sailing - Non-Cruise Excursion Recommendations?

We are taking our son (age 9) on his first cruise for Spring Break.  Fingers crossed no Covid between now and the sailing.

 

Any recommendations for trust-worthy, reasonably priced non-cruise excursions in Cozumel?

Grab a taxi (about $16 each way) and head to Paradise Beach - skip the AI option and pay $5 each for chair rentals and then it is pay as you go for food/drinks.  Buy the water toy pass for your 9-year-old and let him wear himself out on the water toys (floating bouncy castle, water slides, etc.).  Be sure to get lunch at the taco truck and enjoy some relaxing time in the HUGE pool.  Good facilities and service - enjoy! 😎
