Dolphin swim

My family and I are traveling to Curacao in July. We want to do the dolphin swim, but if we do it on our own it saves $100 per person.  The ship will be in port from 7AM-3PM.  Is that enough time to do the activity on our own? The swims are scheduled 8AM and 11AM.

You should be fine with the 11AM show.  8 AM would be a little tight as you might not even be off the ship.   However, double check with the vendor to see if they permit walk-ins.   Some of these only permit hotel guests and cruise excursions.
