Since the Carnival Dream does not have a sports bar is there a place I can go to watch sports?

I'm going on a cruise from the Carnival Dream on 3/12-3/20 and since the 1st and 2nd round of March Madness and 3 Minnesota Wild (my favorite NHL team) games will happen during the cruise I was wondering if there was any way I could watch these. To be more specific the channels these games would be on is Tru TV, TBS, TNT, CBS, and NHL Network.

The casino and hope soccer or cricket isn't on.

We were on last Halloween, They had the World series on in the Comedy club a couple of nights and also on the big Screen in Lido.

Casino bar is really the only option on Dream. They need to put the red frog pub in where the art gallery is like the other Dream class ships. 
 

They typically only get ESPN channels. Sometimes they’ll purchase special packages like they do for NFL. Maybe they’ll do that for March madness. I doubt you’ll get the hockey games though.
