Does anyone know which nights are the 2 formal nights? Thanks! I have to say @cruiserking is wrong. Based on your post, it would appear you are looking at the 10-night from Quebec City to NYC. There are 10-nighters doing the reverse trip, but the sea days do not align as you mention. So, the formal nights are not going to be the same nights southbound and northbound. But let's look at the southbound which seems to align with what you are booking (or have booked). They always try to get the first formal night in early since it has the Captain's Welcome Aboard theme. You are in Quebec City for two days. With a 5:00pm departure on Day 2, I would say they are going to run the first formal night then and not wait until Day 4 at Sea. The all-aboard will be 4:30pm, with most folks back on by 4:00pm. Now, @cruiserking suggested the second last night would be the other one. Well, that is only going to work on an itinerary with a Sea Day or an early departure. But the ship is in Boston from 7:00am to 10:00pm, so that is not going to be Formal Night #2. I'd figure on Halifax day when the departure is 4:00pm and give plenty of time for folks to get ready if getting into the formal stuff (not that it is necessary, but by all means do it if you enjoy that). You might get a better idea if you could find an old Roll Call from 2019 (last time these voyages ran), or perhaps someone will answer who has been on the route. Never going to have a formal night on the first night or last night of the voyage.

Torfamm Posted March 6, 2022 #5 Share Posted March 6, 2022 You can see which nights are scheduled as formal nights by checking the JourneyView Activities Timeline in the app. Once it populates every evening will with show either “Casual, fun portraits” or “Formal portraits”. It can be as early as 6 weeks before your cruise or a few days
