Montevideo, Uruguay tour

Anyone know how to get in touch with Javier Jablonka?  I can not find any direct tour site for him.  Viator has a tour by local, but don't know if that is him.  Looking for a good tour with a local (English)

We don't know Javier, and our recommendation isn't a private tour, but we did the Montevideo free tour two years ago.  They split the group into Spanish speaking and English speaking.  We had about 15 in our group.  Our guide was really quite good.  At the end he gave us suggestions on places to eat and what to order (It will feed an army!)
