Question About Steak House Reservations, Panorama

DH and I will be sailing with friends on Panorama in Jan. 2023. We want to make reservations at the steak house as a group of 4. But each couple will be using OBC to pay for it prior to boarding. How do we let the Steak House know that we want to be seated together at a table for 4? Thanks in advance!

We have sailed on other cruise lines with friends, we all just made our reservations online before, then once on the ship immediately spoke with The maître d’ and had us joined for a table together

I'd check with the Steakhouse upon boarding to request they link your reservations for 4. Maitre d' may be able but I thought they only run the MDR.
