Thanks for trying though. If you didn't see any positive comments in my Regal review, than I don't believe you read the whole thing. We absolutely had a fabulous time. (I did ask if I could bring leftovers to our room and was told no 😬) Yes, I think some activities were missing but nothing we really cared about. I am sorry that they aren't still requiring masks. We had a blast, and I said so in my OP. My main reason was to compare the quality of food and service to Enchanted. We've sailed five different Princess ships, and they have always had a high level of brand consistency. We didn't get that vibe this time, but nothing reached the level of "this is a bad cruise." I did indeed read the entire thing the first time but now I have gone back to see if I missed something. Nope. Problems with food at Sabatinis, issues with food at Crown Grill, problems with pizza as well, problems with food in MDR, crew wasn't up to par, oh and problems with the Medallion. I see you enjoyed the casino but everything else seemed to be a big FAIL. Have since read quite a few positive reviews of the Regal (which happens to be my favorite ship) but it sure didn't sound like you had a fabulous time on the Regal. I did send a message off to Princess through the "contact us" function to let them know about the lack of a post cruise survey but it could take months (if ever) for them to respond. I'm thinking about sending an email off to Customer Relations to commend those I was planning on recognizing in the survey. I thought it was just a temporary glitch that happened on our sailing. The surveys reliably were always in our email accounts before we disembarked a cruise.
