A friend referral

We are getting ready to book our first Silversea cruise. Our family is booking 4 suites. We see there is a special referral offer. 
 

We have made so many friends while cruising. I am wondering if anyone might remember us and offer us a referral. We’ve sailed Crystal, Seabourn, Celebrity.
