I looked but not sure if I couldn't find it or it was just not there.  

 

Are there cheap rooms (not balcony) where you can open the doors to let air in?  Thanks.

Nope, that is something unique to the 4 Carnival Spirit class vessels (Spirit, Pride, Miracle, Legend).
