Problem contacting customer services by phone

I am wondering if anyone else is unable to get through to the customer services centre this morning. It is supposed to be open from 08.30 and I have been calling every 10 minutes since then but just get an automated response saying the centre is closed and to ring back during the opening hours which are from 08.30…..very puzzling!

Finally got through at 10.09 and hopefully got my problem resolved.
