Can't complete cruise planner on line check in

I was able to check in one of our rooms and I fill out all of the information for the 2nd room and it still says incomplete.

I can't find anything else to fill out!!

 

I have changed browzers and logged off and on, tried on my phone, etc.

 

What the heck!

 

Anyone have any ideas?

A group of us did have a similar issue last week...everyone in group so I'm not assuming coincidence.  In the end we were only able to complete from the HUB app on our phones.  Good luck!

ok I guess I haven't tried the hub app.  It appears that our preferences won't take even though I have selected the bedding choice, omg
