Waterloo Golf Course

Anyone been to Waterloo Golf Course? Info says it is a few 100 yards from the cruise port, by the Governor's house/office. Pix look like it's all sand & really old clubs for rent, so not fabulous. Their facebook page hasn't had any posts since 2015 or 16. But.....it's a quick par 3 course. Thought we could get it a round and still go to Margarittaville or Jack's Shack for the rest of our visit. Anyone have information of any kind?

As I recall, that's up a bit closer toward the airport and on the other side of Governors Beach.  Walkable, though.  I believe in the past they limited the number of persons on the course at any given time and you need permission from the Governor's Office to play.   No idea of current conditions.  But yes, you could get back to jack's very easily and enjoy your time.
