I Like to See The Sea Posted March 27, 2022 #1 Share Posted March 27, 2022 Hey everyone, I'm on a Carnival Vista cruise that was supposed to stop in Ocho Rios in Feb 2023 but it got changed to Falmouth. I was looking at cruises on their (CCL) site, and it looks like most if not all of their itineraries (in Feb 2023) which were supposed to stop in Ocho Rios now stop in a different Jamaican port. Why are they making this change? Thanks!
seannyice81 Posted March 27, 2022 #2 Share Posted March 27, 2022 My understanding is port scheduling is getting somewhat congested with the return of certain ports and more ships. Ocho Rios is a fairly busy port so I'm sure given that, adjustments are being made. I'm not sure why they're choosing certain ships over others though. pc2425 Posted March 27, 2022 #4 Share Posted March 27, 2022 Our Vista cruise next week also changed to Falmouth. I got an email Friday advising of the change. No excursions listed as of yet.
